When a new user is created, GoWorkforce sends an e-mail to the new employee. The e-mail includes a link with an invitation for the employee to register in the GoWorkforce environment. The user name is always the person's e-mail address, and the provisional password can be changed after completing the registration procedure.
The username is the e-mail address that was provided and where GoWorkforce sent the invitation to. If you can't remember your password, go to the login page and scroll down to ‘I forgot my password’. Here you can retrieve and change your password. At GoWorkforce, we cannot and may not view, create, give or change passwords for you, as this is confidential information.
When you are logged in to the GoWorkforce environment, you will see the menu bar on the left of the screen. You can change your password at the bottom.
Without an email address, we can't send an invitation to the user for them to register and gain access to the online platform.
The customer determines the information that is required to ensure the security of its employees and to comply with the general law and legislation. All data is treated with the utmost care and discretion. The fields specified are mandatory and cannot be skipped. Without this information, the registration in GoWorkforce cannot be completed.
Log in to the GoWorkforce online environment. Click on profile, change the information and then go to ‘renew qualifications’. If you hover your mouse over the status that needs to be updated, a refresh button will appear. Click on the button to update your qualifications or documents.
Contractors are not authorised to do this themselves. The main organisation can give its approval and have it changed.
Please contact the main client for further assistance.
Step 1: Contact the main client Step 2: The client submits a request to GoWorkforce to amend the VAT number if the customer agrees.
The main contractor needs the citizen service number by law (the so-called BSN provision) to be able to invoke the indemnification or limitation of liability of the subcontractor and of the supply chain. This provision means that the main contractor no longer needs to request the citizen service number from the employee, but can do so more efficiently through the credit provider/subcontractor, thus reducing the risk of errors. But what about the GDPR? Organisations outside the government are only permitted to use the citizen service number (BSN) if this is legally required. In this case, there is a legal basis and obligation for registering the citizen service number. In doing so, it is of course essential that all collected data is securely stored. At GoWorkforce, we work hard to keep your data safe every day.
