HES International recently worked on the Hartel Tank Terminal located on the Hartel strip in the port of Rotterdam. 54 new tanks with a capacity of 1.3 million cubic litres were built with next to them berths that can accommodate six seagoing vessels.
IQ-Pass took care of the registration of contractors and provided physical access to the construction site. Access to the site was granted through eight different entrances with turnstiles and raise arm barriers. We used our own GoWorkforce contractor management software for this project. Contractors were able to register in advance and upload all the required critical documents and data into the system. This resulted in substantial time savings at the gate and a direct increase in hands-on-tool time.

Construction projects in excess of five hundred million fall under the supervision of the Dutch Tax Administration. With GoWorkforce, all compliance issues of national and international regulators could be met. We are extremely proud to have played a role in one the largest construction projects to date in the port of Rotterdam.
